AI-generated content

Any AI-generated output is provided for general informational purposes only, may be incomplete or incorrect, and may not reflect your full financial situation. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting. Do not rely on AI output as your only basis for significant financial decisions.

Third-party services

Bank linking may be provided by Plaid and your financial institution. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Enable MFA where offered. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale in violation of our rules, or break the law.

Fees

Pricing, if any, will be presented separately. Taxes may apply where required.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate in your commercial setup, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts or arbitration in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue—customize this with your attorney.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
